Jacob Phillips

College & Career Class

Jacob joined Farmington First in August 2026. He has been married to his wife, Ashley, since 2014, and they have two kids, Adeline and Judah. He has been in ministry since 2024 and has served as a Resident Minister and Discipleship Pastor in Arkansas. Prior to his call to ministry, he was an ICU Nurse and the Neuro Navigator for the stroke department at Washington Regional Medical Center. Jacob did his undergrad at Dallas Baptist University and went to the University of Texas at Arlington for his nursing degree. He graduated from Cross Theological Seminary in 2026 with a Masters in Theological Studies. Jacob has a passion to bring the Gospel to the community and is excited to pour into the young adults in this area.
